Hola queridísimos amigos de la comunidad feliz comienzo de semana para todos con mucha energía, preparando estos deliciosos panes con mantequilla ajo y cilantro
Hello dear friends of the community, happy start of the week for everyone with lots of energy, preparing these delicious breads with garlic butter and cilantro.
Ingredientes/ingredients
- 5 panes salados
- 2 dientes de ajo
- 2 cucharadas de mantequilla
- 1/2 cucharita de sal
- manojito de cilantro
- 5 salted breads
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- bunch of cilantro
Proceso/ process
1. - primero pelamos los ajos y lo vamos a llevar a un mazo de ajos y le agregamos el ajo y machacamos bien, luego agregamos la mantequilla y integramos todos luego lo colocamos en una taza y seguimos integrando todo y lavamos bien el cilantro y lo cortamos pequeñito

2. - luego integramos el cilantro bien y vamos a colocar los panes en una bandeja, lo abrimos bien por el medio y colocamos la mezcla y llevamos al horno hasta que se derrite la mantequilla y quede tostado por debajo
