Gourd is one of the most nutritious vegetables. Which is mainly found more in winter. However, more or less gourd are available throughout the year. Gourd is a popular vegetable in Bangladesh. Lau has a lot of water, calories, fiber and other elements. Which is very beneficial for our body. Anyway, today I will share with you the recipe for cooking fish curry with gourd. This is the ingredient that is needed to cook this curry
- Gourd
- Any kind of fish
- Green Pepper
- Oil
- Coriander leaves
- Onion
- Turmeric Powder
- Salt
How to Cook this delicious Curry
First clean the gourd well in water and cut it into small pieces. Then boil the chopped gourd well so that the small pieces become soft.
Then chop one or two onions and chop the coriander leaves. And chop a few green peppers.
Cut and clean any type of fish and fry it in hot oil.
Then put a pan on the stove and heat some oil in it and leave the onion pieces in it. Fry the onions well.
Then add turmeric powder and a few green chillies and salt. Then leave the pieces of boiled gourd in it. Heat them well for a while.
Then when they are well cooked, leave the fish fried in it and continue to heat for some time with adequate amount of water. After some time, you will notice that the delicious curry has been cooked.
This is a really tasty curry and one of my favorite foods. At least when I go to the market I try to bring gourds and try gourd curry. Because it has a lot of nutritional value which is why I try to eat it and that is why it is my favorite curry.
