25 GRAMS OF INSTANT YEAST.
12 to 15 TABLESPOONS OF SUGAR.
1 TBSP OF SALT.
1 SPOON OF COCONUT ESSENCE.
1 EGG.
1 CUP OF WARM MILK.
3 SPOONS OF BUTTER (margarine, butter or oil)
400 ml of water approximately, depending on there are flours that require a little more or less
TO VARNISH AND DECORATING

DEHYDRATED COCONUT.
* STEP 1

We knead again to degas and begin to ration by weight or desired size, I portion them at a weight of 40 grams
Now from here you can play with your imagination and the way you want the bread, I made them boleados or acemita type. You place it in a previously greased baking tray or mold,separated, remember that the bread dough doubles its size.
Let it rest, again until it doubles in size, now comes the process of varnishing with the egg with great care with the help of a brush, sprinkle with the coconut,
and in the pre-heated oven for approximately 15 to 20 minutes
And voila, you have a delicious coconut bread made by yourself, a true delight.
