Cuando se trata de chocolate, para mí nunca es suficiente 😁 Es por ello que en mi receta del día de hoy, les traigo una galleta tipo tarta, rebosada de un delicioso chocolate.
Ambas preparaciones hechas con leche condensada, un ingrediente que a muchas recetas como esta, les da un toque mágico.
Una recta rápida, esta galleta está hecha sin horno, sino mas bien en sartén.

When it comes to chocolate, it's never enough for me 😁 That's why in my recipe today, I bring you a cake-like cookie, brimming with delicious chocolate.
Both preparations are made with condensed milk, an ingredient that gives many recipes like this a magical touch.
A quick straight, this cookie is made without an oven, but rather in a pan.

Para la tarta:

| Mantequilla | 1 Cucharada |
| Leche condensada | 50ml |
Para el chocolate:

| Leche | 50ml |
| Leche condensada | 10ml |
| Harina de trigo | 25g |
| Azúcar | 50g |
| Cacao en polvo | 20g |
For the cake:
| Ingredients | Quantity |

| Rolled oats | 100g |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon |
| condensed milk | 50ml |
For the chocolate:
| Ingredients | Quantity |
|---|---|
| milk | 50ml |
| condensed milk | 10ml |
| Wheat flour | 25g |
| sugar | 50g |
| Cocoa powder | 20g |
- La tarta la haremos con solo estos 3 ingredientes. Mezclaremos la avena, la mantequilla, y la leche condensada.
- Amasaremos hasta integrar los ingredientes y nos quede una bola compacta.
- Hundimos en el centro para darle forma manualmente, dejándola en forma de cesta.
- We will make the cake with only these 3 ingredients. Mix the oatmeal, butter, and condensed milk.
- We will knead until we integrate the ingredients and we have a compact ball left.
- We sink in the center to shape it manually, leaving it in the shape of a basket.
- Cocinaremos por ambos lados en un sartén con tapa, engrasado, a fuego bajo por 15 minutos.
- We will cook on both sides in a pan with a lid, greased, over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Para la preparación del chocolate, tibiamos la leche y diluimos la harina de trigo.
- Llevamos al fuego, agregamos el cacao, el azúcar y batimos hasta espesar.
- Cuando haya espesado, retiramos del fuego, agregamos la leche condensada y la integramos.
- To prepare the chocolate, warm the milk and dilute the wheat flour.
- We bring to the fire, add cocoa, sugar and beat until thick.
- When it has thickened, remove from the heat, add the condensed milk and integrate it.
- Nos quedará de esta manera, con una textura espesa, brillosa. Es importante tibiar la leche antes de agregar la harina de trigo para que no se formen grumos.
- It will stay this way, with a thick, shiny texture. It is important to warm the milk before adding the wheat flour so that lumps do not form.
- Agregamos el chocolate a la tarta hasta rebosar. 😋
