Good evening hivians, how was your day hope you had a great day, mine was fantastic.
Am here again to share the recipe of my dinner right now in my little apartment. While I was coming back from where I went to. today i visited a friend that I haven't seen for awhile. so on my way back I bought spaghetti and ice fish China that is how is called and the rest of the condiments for the preparation but is raining here heavily I don't know about your side but here right now is raining as at the time I write this post is about 09:42 which is some minutes to 10:00pm so I came back late because of the rain and I can't sleep on empty stomach I have to eat.
Below is my recipe my way of cooking might be quite different from every one way of cooking me I love vegetable so in all my meals I add vegetables to garnish it and to some people the use chicken but right now since I don't have chicken I use what is available for me.
Already seasoning fish
Spaghetti
The condiments
Golden penny Spaghetti
Ice fish
Tomatoes
Curry
Thyme
Vegetable oil
Maggi
Pepper
Onions already chop
Crayfish
Vegetables already slice
First of all i boil water allow it to boil add the spaghetti leave it for like 15 minutes then drain it with filter.
Put the pot on fire add vegetable oil add onions, tomatoes, curry, thyme and Maggi
Add the already seasoning fish and small water from the prepared fish
I then Pour in the drain spaghetti into the sauce turn it to mix
What you see here is granded Crayfish so I love adding Crayfish in my spaghetti.
Finally I garnish my spaghetti with vegetable and onions.
That was not the end oo I bought cucumber too so I slice the cucumber and garnish my plate of ready to eat spaghetti with cucumber and that is how my dinner is made and I eat it with my chill exotic juice to water it down I just finish eating my delicious meal how I wish everyone is closer to me you will have join me but never mind I have eaten in place of everyone Hahaha don't mine me so now that am done eating is time to sleep...
