Pizza Dosa is something different unique fusion made with traditional South India Dosa Batter with Pizza Toppings(opetional).
It is similar to our Traditional Uttapam but in addition here we add vegetables, cheese 🧀 and pizza toppings.
This dish is a good choice for Breakfast as well as evening snacks too. Kids like this dish with Tomato Sauce.
This dish is loved by Kids a lot but elders don't like that's much because it's a different taste.
For my today dish, I just added chopped and fried fresh vegetables as a topping but you can add as per your taste. It's up to your creation and your liking.
Due to lock down in my area I don't get cheese this time, but you can add cheese when you prepare this dish.
Ingredients:-
Beans: 100 grams
Capsicum: 1 piece
Carrot: 100 grams
Cheese: 20 grams
Pizza Toppings: As per Your wish
Dosa Batter: 500 grams
Oil : 3 tablespoons.
Onion: 1
-Tomato: 1
Salt: As per Required
Red Chilli powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala: 1/2 teaspoon.
Preparation:-
- For this Pizza Dosa needs, first chop all vegetables into smaller pieces.
- Now Heat a pan on adding oil to it. Now fry all vegetables on adding one by one, finally add tomatoes and required salt to it.
- Now fry all those until they get softer. Finally add chilli powder,gramasala to it. Then mix well, then keep those on a plate.
Now heat Dosa pan, now pour dosa batter to it, then spread those better into Semi thick size.
Now add fried vegetables and greater cheese, Pizza toppings as per our wish.
Now add oil surrounding the Dosa corners.
Now close the lid, then keep the flame into low.
Now wait until they cook, it took 2 to 3 minutes.
Now transfer dosa into serving plate, then serve with sauce or coconut chutney.
- Here don't turn dosa into another side, just fry in one side in low flame then transfer into the plate is enough.
- For kids wish you can cut those into pizza-style then serve them. They loved it a lot.
Now delicious, tasty and simple pizza dosa is ready in our home.
