Feliz noche y bendiciones comunidad #Foodies Bee Hive, en mometos nos encontramos que no hemos hechos las compras en el supermercado y llegan unos invitados, en mi caso mis sobrinos pero como sé q le gusta los huevos y el yogur le preparo una ensalada con algunos vegetales que me queda en la nevera a ellos les encanta esta mezcla de sabores.

- Aguacate.
- Huevos.

PASO A PASO:
En una olla con agua pon a hervir los vegetales y los huevos y en otra olla pon a hervir los platanos que acompañará este plato, luego sancochado todo pela y pica en cuadritos los vegetales y los huevos, a parte pela los platanos .
