It is a pleasure to greet my beautiful community #foodies bee Hive, I hope everyone is well, today I have a simple, practical, quick recipe to prepare a fun breakfast for someone special who visits you or for the little ones in the house.
## Arepita dulce,salchicha y guacate
Sweet arepita, sausage and guacate
INGREDIENTE:
4 Salchicha.
6 Tomates pequeño.
1 Cebolla.
Sal y azúcar al gusto.
Harina de maiz.
2 tajadas de salchicha.
Hojas verde para decorar.
Chorrito de aceite.
INGREDIENTS:
4 Sausage.
6 small tomatoes.
1 Onion.
Salt and sugar to taste.
Corn flour.
2 slices of sausage.
Green leaves for decoration.
A drizzle of oil.
Su elaboración : inicia preparando la masa para las arepitas dulces ,se coloca en un recipiente una taza de harina, agua, sal y azúcar al gusto se amasa suavemente se hacen las arepitas y se coloca en un sartén caliente con aceite y se frie.
Its preparation: start preparing the dough for the sweet arepitas, put in a bowl a cup of flour, water, salt and sugar to taste, knead gently, make the arepitas and place in a hot pan with oil and fry.
Se lava el tomate y cebolla,luego se corta en cuadrito y en un sartén caliente con aceite se frie.
Wash the tomato and onion, then cut into squares and fry in a hot pan with oil.
Se rebana las salchichas y se coloca en el sartén se integra al tomate y cebolla ,listo para emplatar se decora con dos tajada de aguacate y las hojitas verde.
Slice the sausages and place them in the frying pan, add the tomato and onion, ready to serve, decorate with two slices of avocado and the green leaves.
Siempre es gratificante preparar un desayuno divertido para los más pequeños de la casa o compartir con familiares y amigos que aman comer.
