Happy and blessed day to everyone who reads me on Hive. I bring you something very common in our homes in Venezuela on a Sunday afternoon or at any special time, in these times of Pandemic, where the most reasonable thing to do is share at home. It is the elaboration of delicious Hot Dogs. Super simple and easy to do. So I couldn't stop showing him how we do it at my house.The ingredients:
💗 Bread
💗 Chicken sausages
💗Fried fries
💗 Grated salad
💗Tomato sauce
💗Mayonnaise
💗Must
First with a knife I open the loaves on top.
I use an electric steamer, setting the loaves so they get hot and super soft.
The sausages are placed in the second part of the steamer so that they also heat up.
This steamer is super useful, as it heats up both the bread and the sausage at the same time.
Now after the breads and sausages are very hot, we proceed to put it inside the bread.
Agregamos una ensalada rallada de zanahoria, repollo y cilantro. Que le da un toque único.
We add a grated carrot, cabbage and coriander salad. That gives it a unique touch.
Otro toque especial son las papas fritas, que lo hacen crujientes.
Another special touch is the French fries, which make it crunchy.
El toque final son las salsas, que en particular me gustan las 3 mayonesa, salsa y mostaza, sin embargo mis hijos no son amantes de la mostaza.
The final touch is the sauces, which I particularly like the 3 mayonnaise, salsa and mustard, however my children are not mustard lovers.
