Today I wanted to give a different touch to these banana sticks by adding cinnamon, this will give a very rich and different flavor and you will not only feel the flavor of the banana. Saludos a todos los foodies de esta comunidad, hoy vengo con una receta dulce muy casera y fácil de preparar ya que los ingredientes que lo componen casi siempre lo tenemos en casa. Hoy quise dar un toque diferente a estos palitos de plátano colocando canela, este le dará un sabor muy rico y diferente y no solo se sentirá el sabor del plátano. Te muestro su preparación

1/2 banana

To begin this sweet recipe, place the flour in a bowl and add two tablespoons of sugar and a 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.

Para comenzar esta dulce receta, coloque la harina en un envase y agregué dos cucharadas de azúcar y un 1/4 de cucharada de canela en polvo.

Then add the 125 ml of water and grate 1/2 banana, grate it with a cheese grater; this mixture was mixed together and now I have to start making the banana sticks.

Luego coloque los 125 ml de agua y ralle 1/2 plátano, que lo ralle con rallador de queso; esta mezcla la uni toda y ya tengo para empezar a realizar los palitos de plátano

To make this recipe I used a pastry nozzle and as I did not have a piping bag, I used a bag with a cut in the tip and placed the nozzle and then the mixture.

Para realizar esta receta utilice una boquilla repostera y como no tenía manga pastelera, utilice una bolsa donde en la punta abrí un corte y coloque la boquilla y posteriormente la mezcla

In previously heated oil, I began to place the plantain sticks and let them brown on both sides.

En aceite previamente caliente empecé a colocar los palitos de plátanos y dejé que doraran por ambos lados

Ahora tome 3 cucharadas de azúcar y coloque canela, con esta mezcla empecé a colocar cada palito para endulzar
