Greetings food lovers,
It's again and today I just wanna say hello to everyone because it's been almost a week since I haven't posted in Hive.
How is everyone doing I hope that all of you are doing great this week? Today I just wanna share my simple recipe for our dinner tonight. Since I have leftover sauteed shrimp which I bought from a neighbour this morning I decide to cook another dish from the leftover so I can save some budget for our dinner tonight.
I just call the dish pancit that's what we call generally when we cook any type of dish using noodles.
And because I was going to cook pancit, I immediately went to my garden to get a few free ingredients so that I could spend less on the missing ingredients for my recipe.
INGREDIENTS
- leftover shrimps
- 250 grams of noodles
- carrots
- beans
- bell pepper
- onion
- garlic
- seasoning
- soy sauce
- oysters sauce
- water
- oil
PREPARATION
In preparing, I slice the spices and vegetables and soak the noodles to soften before starting cooking.
COOKING PROCEDURES
- For the cooking procedure I started sauteing the onion and garlic din follow by the carrot and after 1 minute I followed with the beans. I sauteed for about 2 minutes and then I add the leftover shrimp and bell pepper and stir. Meanwhile, I seasoned them with my favourite seasoning, black pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste then I add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Then after simmering I add the noodles and stir, when the liquid is lessened, time to add the cabbage. I add first the petioles and then when the fire is off I followed the leaves and stir continuously then serve.
Now here is my finished dish.
A new delicious dish made from leftovers for my family to share.
