¡Hola amigos de foodies! bendiciones, quiero compartir la receta de un pudin con galletas de chocolate que preparé, muy rica, rápida y sencilla.
Hello foodies friends! blessings, I want to share the recipe for a pudding with chocolate cookies that I prepared, very rich, quick and easy.

| -1 cda de vainilla | - 1 tablespoon vanilla | ||
| - Galletas de chocolate (al gusto) | - Chocolate cookies (to taste) | ||
| - 5 cda de azúcar | - 5 tablespoon sugar | ||
| - 2 tazas de agua | - 2 cups of water |
En una olla pequeña puse a calentar una taza de agua, mientras tanto en un envase, mezclé la otra taza de agua y la harina de trigo.
In a small saucepan I heated one cup of water, while in a container, I mixed the other cup of water and the wheat flour.
Luego, cuando el agua comienza a hervir agregué poco a poco la mezcla que hice y voy batiendo, hasta que ésta compacte.
En la licuadora agregué las galletas para triturarlas y dejarlas aparte.

In the blender I added the cookies to crush them and set them aside.
Cuando la mezcla comenzó a hervir, le agregué las galletas trituradas y fuí batiendo, seguidamente, le agregué la azúcar y vainilla y mezclé. Apagué la cocina y dejé que enfriára un poco, para así servirlas, en este caso, en unas copas de madera. Coloqué galleta triturada sobre el postre servido para decorarlo y un trozo de galleta.
When the mixture began to boil, I added the crushed cookies and kept beating, then I added the sugar and vanilla and mixed. I turned off the stove and let it cool a little, so I could serve them, in this case, in wooden cups. I placed crushed cookie on top of the dessert to decorate it and a piece of cookie.
Dejé que enfriára en la nevera por una hora para que la mezcla endureciera un poco y LISTO a degustarse con este sencillo postre.
