BANANA PANCAKE
Ingredients:
1 banana
3 tablespoons of oatmeal
(I prefer to make a combination of other gluten-free flours like amaranth, cassava or rice flour)
1 egg
cinnamon
Preparation:
Add all ingredients. Mix well. In a pan over low heat, heat a little coconut oil and pour the mixture. Let it brown on both sides.
RED FRUIT SAUCE
Ingredients:
½ cup of strawberries
½ cup of blueberries
½ cup of water
sugar
nutmeg
cardamon
Preparation: Add all ingredients to a pan over medium heat. Expect to thicken. Then pour it on top of the pancake.
