What You Can Make from Eggs?
Another presentation today that I would like to share is my fun creativeness with eggs. Most of us are eating eggs every single day and what do you make from Eggs?
There is a dozen of healthy egg recipes that you can make to your meals everyday like egg scramble, fried eggs, boiled- eggs salads, sliced- egg sandwich, sunny-side up eggs, Omelet with mushroom and so on.
It's quick and easy to make it at any time in a day and still provide you a wonderful protein. Eggs are very cheap but packed with incredible nutrients such as : proteins, minerals, healthy fats, vitamins, etc...
A great option for those who want to kill weigh as egg is low in calories and very filling. There are so many benefits of eating eggs and why people love it so much, right.

I don't often take photo step by step everytime I make foods. It seems, however, those dishes are super easy to make and prepare 😊.
