- 1 instant Bibimpab Ramyun
- 5 champignon mushroom
- A half carrot,
- A half cucumber
- A half onion
- Pok choi
- 1 egg
- 3 pieces of crab sticks
- 2 tbsp of teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Cook the instant noodle according to the instruction. Don't forget to drain after it is cooked.
Chopped and saute the onion in a non-stick frying pan with 2 tbsp coconut oil. After two minutes, transfer the onion into a bowl.
Chopped and saute the mushroom in the same non-stick frying pan. Add 2 tbsp of teriyaki sauce to the mushroom. Cook for 3 minutes in a low heat.
Saute the shredded vegetables and chopped pokchoi in the same non-stick frying pan for 4 minutes before transferring to the bowl.
Chopped the crab sticks long and thinly. Fry in the same non-stick frying pan for about 3 minutes and transfer it to a bowl.
Next, crack an egg and put it in a small bowl to steam for 10 minutes.
After all the filling is done, in a low heat, put the noodles into the non-stick frying pan and add the seasoning packets. Stir it well for about 3 minutes. Transfer into the bowl for serving.
Serve it with the onion, the mushroom, the vegetables,the crab stick, and the egg. If you wish to add the sesame seeds and seaweed from the packaging, it's one. Sprinkle it on top and you got your delicious looking Ramyun Bibimpab.
