Seven days ago I saw a post from mentioning about trying out Harume Instant noodle. I was intrigued especially when
mentioned about Shin Ramyun being Fkin' spicy.
Living in Indonesia, there are a lot of noodle variants especially from Japanese and Korean. There are some knock off brands from famous brands like Shin Ramyun. The one I normally have is Gekikara Ramen. This is a knock off brand from Shin Ramyun that's costing around 5000IDR to 8000IDR. This noodle is mid-tier compared to Indonesian noodle which often cost around 2200IDR to 2800IDR. What I love about this noodle is the least complicated seasoning. It only has two packets, the flavor and the dried vegetable. Unlike Indonesian noodle that has more than 2 packets, Japanese and Korean Noodles are often simple with the seasoning but spicier.
When it comes to spicy level, Gekikara is mild though advertised as extra spicy and hot. My secret to lessen the spicy is adding more water to the mixture. That way the soup is less spicier than it should be. Oh yeah whenever I eat this noodle, I won't eat anything else because the natrium level is slightly higher than any instant noodle.Overall, I like that ramen since it's filling and cheap too.
