Did you know that there are many creative ways to consume coffee? One of it is coffee mocktails. While it is not always easy to pair coffee with random ingredients to make a delightful concoctions,people keep finding ways experimenting and integrating even adding fresh fruit to coffee. The other day, I visited a place called Sepakat Coffee. While its architecture is not something too special, the mocktail selection is something that can be highlighted. This coffee shop makes to the 8th coffee and place I visited this month. There are still many more to go so follow my adventure discovering all of them ๐
It is very unfortunate that the indoor is quite limited space with all the chairs taken. So, I ended up going to their outdoor area after ordering a refreshing coffee mocktail, As you can see above, they are creamy coffee topped with fresh strawberry on top. On a hot day, the drink was quite refreshing and the creaminess was divine which just adds nice contrast to tangy strawberry that was used for the garnish.
So far, for fruity coffee mocktail, this one wins it. Everything was quite balanced in terms of composition and even presentation wise, they all look tempting. While coffee mocktail is often a lot more pricier than classic coffee menu, trying it once in a while is worth it.
These days I have been sampling a lot more coffee shops and found enjoyment in them again. In the past, I took a break from exploring but I knew, I was not even 10% in trying all of the coffee in town. Perhaps now, I am also not even closer to 20% yet. There are so many more place in the province that are worth trying and exploring. Although sometimes, I find a few places that are quite disappointing. But somehow, this year I am motivated to gamble my experience and didnโt mind with having quite disappointing coffee and experience. After all, there will be more story to tell.
What I find interesting is that the coffee scene has improved as well as some new places popping up or some places that I have yet to discover. There are so many co-working cafe spots in town that are worth checking out and trying. The space itself is quite an experience as usually some of them offers unique architecture and coziness that are not present in just any coffee shop. Sometimes, itโs also a piece of their furniture that makes them stands out more than the others. The hot weather is also my #1 motivation to go out as itโs a lot more convenient working in an AC place than my room. Or sometimes I just like to lounge around trying to find some breeze in of these cafe. Just like at sepakat, it was pretty quiet and that they are pretty well shaded and has quite a bit of plantation that makes it cool despite the outside was feeling like 40C.
