La combinación de ambos le da un toque bastante único a este bizcocho. Los besos de coco se pueden preparar en forma de galletas o torta, dependiendo del gusto de cada persona.

Lo primero que se debe hacer es disolver la panela y para ello se utiliza una taza de agua y se lleva a fuego medio, incorporando la canela y los clavos de olor.
