Bendecido Domingo mis queridos amigos amantes de la buena comida, hoy es día de compartir un rico postre, las amigas de mi hija vinieron a estudiar en casa y para consentirlas, preparé un delicioso ponque de vainilla cubierto de chocolate. Acá les muestro la preparación.

Blessed Sunday my dear friends who love good food, today is the day to share a delicious dessert, my daughter's friends came to study at home and to pamper them, I prepared a delicious vanilla cake covered in chocolate. Here I show you the preparation.

Ingredientes:

✅ 1/2 kilo de harina leudante
✅ 1/2 litro de leche
✅ 4 huevos
✅ 2 tazas de azúcar
✅ 200grs de mantequilla
✅ 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
✅ 1 cucharadas de vainilla blanca
✅ ralladura de un limón
✅ Una pizca de sal
Para la cobertura:
✅ 1 barra de chocolate oscuro
✅ 2 cucharadas de mantequilla
✅ 4 cucharadas de leche líquida
✅ 200grs de leche condensada
✅ 50grs de lluvia de chocolate

Ingredients:
✅ 1/2 kilo of leavening flour
✅ 1/2 liter of milk
✅ 4 eggs
✅ 2 cups of sugar
✅ 200g of butter
✅ 1 teaspoon baking powder
✅ 1 tablespoon white vanilla
✅ zest of a lemon
✅ A pinch of salt
For the coverage:
✅ 1 dark chocolate bar
✅ 2 tablespoons of butter
✅ 4 tablespoons of liquid milk
✅ 200 grams of condensed milk
✅ 50grs of chocolate rain

Preparación:

Comenzar agregando mantequilla en un bolw, luego batir un poco para cremar.

Start by adding butter in a bowl, then whisk a bit to cream.

Agregar el azúcar y seguir batiendo hasta obtener una crema mas clara.

Add the sugar and continue beating until you get a lighter cream.

Luego añadir los huevos y seguir batiendo, agregar la leche y la vainilla. Listos los líquidos

Then add the eggs and continue beating, add the milk and vanilla. Ready the liquids

Luego cernir la harina junto al polvo de hornear y una pizca de sal y agregar a los ingredientes líquidos.

Then sift the flour together with the baking powder and a pinch of salt and add to the liquid ingredients.

Agregar la ralladura del limón, mezclar muy bien hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.

Add the lemon zest, mix very well until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Luego enmantequillar y enharinar un molde y añadir papel encerado.

Then butter and flour a mold and add waxed paper.

Verter la mezcla y llevar al horno por 45 minutos o hasta que salga limpio un palillo al introducirlo. Retirar del horno y dejar enfriar muy bien luego desmoldar.

Pour the mixture and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted. Remove from the oven and let cool very well then unmold.

Para la cobertura:

Agregar en una olla 2 cucharadas de mantequilla y la tableta de chocolate en trozos y dejar derretir a fuego mínimo.

Add 2 tablespoons of butter and the chocolate bar in pieces to a saucepan and allow to melt over low heat.

Luego añadir cuatro cucharadas de leche revolviendo constantemente.

Then add four tablespoons of milk stirring constantly.

Seguidamente agregar la leche condensada, revolver hasta que empecé, luego bajar del fuego.

Then add the condensed milk, stir until it starts, then lower the heat.

Luego de desmoldar la torta , solo agrega cobertura por encima y dejar correr hacia abajo, para finalizar agrega lluvia de chocolate.

After unmolding the cake, just add coverage on top and let it run down, to finish add chocolate rain.

Listo ahora disfrutar de este delicioso postre, a las chicas le gustó mucho.
