Buenas noches mis queridos amigos amantes de la buena comida, como están?.. yo muy bien gracias a Dios, les doy la bienvenida a mi blog una vez más. Para hoy preparé un rico pollo frito en mantequilla y ajo, aquí les muestro el proceso.

Ingredientes:

✅ 2 muslos de pollo
✅ 3 cucharadas de mantequilla
✅ 2 dientes de ajo
✅ 1 cucharadita de sal
✅ Comino al gusto
✅ Orégano al gusto
✅1 cucharadita de aceite
✅ 1 ramita de cilantro

Ingredients:
✅ 2 chicken thighs
✅ 3 tablespoons of butter
✅ 2 cloves of garlic
✅ 1 teaspoon of salt
✅ cumin to taste
✅ Oregano to taste
✅1 teaspoon of oil
✅ 1 sprig of coriander

Preparación:

Comienzo con el pollo limpio.

preparation:
I start with the clean chicken.

Luego triturar ajo con una pizca de sal y cortar cilantro.

Then crush garlic with a pinch of salt and chop coriander.

Continuar agregando una cucharadita de aceite y ajo en un sarten, luego agregar el pollo y sofreír un poco.

Continue adding a teaspoon of oil and garlic in a pan, then add the chicken and fry a little.

Añadir orégano comino y sal, luego la mantequilla dejar derretir y revolver.

Add oregano, cumin and salt, then let the butter melt and stir.

Luego bañar el pollo con la salsa de mantequilla por ambos lados tapar y dejar dorar, para finalizar agregar cilantro picadito.

Then bathe the chicken with the butter sauce on both sides, cover and leave golden, to finish add chopped cilantro.

Para servir este rico pollo tenía previamente arroz, platano al horno y ensalada.

To serve this rich chicken I previously had rice, baked banana and salad.
