Good evening all friends in this community, hope you are in good health, so that you are not lacking in anything and getting cooler from day to day, hopefully. Tonight I appear again with a home-made recipe that is widely found in my country, Indonesia, and tonight I am still relying on the main ingredient, namely cassava.
Cassava, is the food ingredient for a million people..he..he, so many processed menus that can be made from this cassava and there are also many types of food that I have made from this cassava material ranging from sweet, savory, desserts or desserts. main food, and if we examine more the processed cassava menu for the next year, it will also be endless, because there are too many menus that can be made from this cassava. and tonight I will make snacks for friends to drink coffee or tea in the afternoon. The menu that I will make is cassava cake, a slightly spicy fried snack that can be served while warm.
You don't need complicated ingredients like other traditional dishes to make this cassava Perkedel, it's quite easy and definitely fail-proof, the problem is that it's just a matter of adjusting it according to the tastes and culture of our respective countries? why is that because some do not like pepper and replace it with chili for example. There are also those who don't like a lot of onions and so on, you can replace all of them except the main ingredient, namely cassava itself, because tonight I will make cassava Perkedel instead of potato Perkedel or taro and the like.
When making these cassava Perkedel, actually the cassava that I had grated was leftover from the cake I had made, because I reduced the portion of the grated cassava too much for me to reprocess, and my estimate was correct today turned out to be the cassava that I had grated and I put it in the freezer. I can still process it into a new menu and of course this is very much liked by my Indonesian husband, because it is never separated from fried foods which are one of the favorite foods of Indonesian people. Alright.. well I'll share the recipe with you guys.
