Hi.. hi today I want to eat spicy food according to the portion of my stomach with my husband. Actually we both have very acute stomach problems. However, my husband and I sometimes want to taste spicy food. And today I will share the home-style Suki Tom Yam recipe according to my husband and I's tastes. And coincidentally today while shopping monthly at the supermarket I saw various kinds of Stemboat variants ranging from fish balls, vegetable meatballs, crab preparations, cheese stuffed fish dumplings and so on. there are many other variants.
And from that, I decided to mix all the stemboat variants that were there so that I could process them according to my taste and without any instant spices. To complete the ingredients, the spices I used also came from my kitchen, which is obviously easy. obtained and does not confuse the taste.
The materials needed are:
1. Steambot
2. Egg noodles
3. Half a thumb of ginger
4. Half thumb of galangal
5. One and a half hazelnut seeds
6. 3 cloves of red onion
7. 2 cloves of garlic
8. 1 pack of teriyaki sauce
9. Big red chili to taste
10. 1 large tomato.
11. 2 pieces of kaffir lime leaves
12. 2 bay leaves
13. 250ML water
14.1 teaspoon salt
15. 1 teaspoon sugar
16.2 tablespoons chili sauce
ow to make :
1. Puree chili, candlenut, shallot, garlic, and tomato together until smooth.
2. Boil water until half boiling
3. Add kaffir lime leaves
4. Enter the bay leaf
5. Then enter the crushed galangal
6. Then enter the ginger which has also been crushed
7. After that, add the spices that have been ground, and stir until blended
8. After that, add salt
9. Then add sugar
10. Then don't forget to add the teriyaki sauce.
11. Keep stirring until the water really boils
12. Then add the chili sauce, stir again
13. Then after that input egg noodles or can be replaced with instant noodles
14. Then enter the steambot that I have cut in half so it is not too big
15. Stir for about 2 minutes, then remove and serve.
If you like vegetables or mushrooms you can add them to your Tom yam suki. However, because my vegetable supply was running out, the mixture of stemboat with egg noodles with home-made spices turned out to be no less delicious. You have to try it.
The taste that is produced from my homemade Tom yam suki is not too sour, quite spicy, and the salt and sweetness blend together. And I really like the taste according to my tongue and husband.
How have you ever been like me without seeing a standard or proper recipe. What's important is that you like it? I hope we can share the recipe here.
Oh yeah, if you don't have kaffir lime leaves and bay leaves, there's no need to be a problem because the leaves are only for fragrance. Good luck. Greetings from us Tomi and Maya from the City of BInjai Indonesia. Thank you for your support
