Esta fruta generalmente se produce en el oriente venezolano, por el tipo de clima, y se encuentra en los mercados populares a precios muy económicos.

Lavamos, bien los jobitos, colocamos los jobitos en agua potable, y con las manos comenzamos a despegar la piel y la carne de la semilla, ya que la semilla es muy grande para licuarla en la licuadora.
