how are you all I hope you are well and healthy. My identity is a Bangladeshi citizen but living in expatriation in Malaysia. In this expatriate life we have to cook by ourselves so today I am going to share a new recipe made by myself. The recipe is to give you an idea of how to cook fish with tomatoes and potatoes.
Friends, the name of the fish that I will cook today is called Tuna fish in our village language, it is more suitable in the salt water of the river and it is mostly grown in the sea.
First step,
I used to bring the fishes from the market, cut and washed nicely. First of all, I fried the fishes in a pot so that they floated so that the fishes turned completely red. When the fish is done frying, keep it out of the hot oil.
Second step,
cooking ingredients,
- I will cook 500 grams of fish with 2 peaches of tomatoes and 2 peaches of potatoes.
- If you want to cook 500 grams of fish - 3 pieces of onion should be added.
- If you want to cook 500 grams of fish--1 pinch of garlic should be added.
- To cook 500 grams of fish-- 15 green chillies should be added and if you want to get more salt you can increase the level of salt.
- Salt
- Oil
- Cumin powder
- Yellow
- pulse sugar
- White cure
And you can use bay leaves to increase the fragrance etc. Are cooking materials.
The third step
Friends, first of all, we will clean the leaves and garlic and wash them lightly with water, then cut them into small pieces so that it is convenient for us to float. .
Take an empty pan and add oil as per measure. When the oil gets hot, add garlic first and keep stirring for some time from 30 seconds to one minute. Then add onion and jaal together.
The fourth step
Then I will keep stirring for a while on the oil until it becomes light red. When it turns light red, cut the tomatoes and potatoes into small pieces and put the red onion on top of the garlic and keep stirring for some more time.
The fifth step
I will add a light amount of water so that the light and tomatoes will be boiled. After stirring for a while, when the potatoes are boiled, I will cover the fried fish with the spices and tomatoes and keep the gas flame low for 8 to 10 minutes. The recipe will be ready.
