WE LOVE TO AT SPICY FOOD. BUT AS A CHEF MY PREFERENCES IS ALWAYS I SHOULD PREPARE FOOD WHICH ALWAYS BALANCED IN DIET AND SPICE LEVEL SHOULD BE ACCORDING TO THE ALMOST EVERYONE.
ITS A NON VEG BREAKFAST DISH KNOWN AS ANDAY (EGG) ALOO (POTATOES). IN PAKISTAN AND INDIA, PEOPLE EAT THIS WITH CHAPATTI (BREAD) OR TORTILLA, FLATBREAD OR PITA BREAD.
IT'S VERY DELICIOUS AND CAN CONSIDER AS QUICK MEAL RECIPE.

IT IS A COMPLETE BREAKFAST WHICH FULFILS ALL NUTRITION AS

- CARBOHYDRATE
- VITAMIN B AND C
- FATS
- ZINC IN LESS AMMOUNT
NOTE: IT CAN BE PREPARE IN LESS OIL OR NO OIL FOR DIET CONSCIOUS PEOPLE. YOU CAN BOIL EGGS AND FOLLOW THE SAME RECIPE)
SO LETS START WITH INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATION
FIRST YOU NEED A PAN WITH 2 TBS OF OIL AND ADD FINELY CHOPPED POTATOES ON IT.
EGG WOULD BE REQUIRED WHEN NEEDED
TOMATOES AND ONION CHOPPED
CUMIN SEEDS
SPRING ONION CHOPPED
NOW LET'S ADD ALL VEGETABLES TOGETHER
ADD SALT, RED CHILLI, AND CUMIN SEEDS AS WEL.
FRY FOR 5 MINUTES UNTIL ALL GET TENDER
ADD EGG AT THE END AND OFF THE BURNER MIX IT WELL.
