This is an amazing recipe! I love baking and bread is one of my favorite things to make, Here is a tip for you, once the bread is out of the oven and in cooling stage, rub a little bit of oil or butter on outside with the toppings of seeds/oregano, as it drys the breads heat will "cook" it if you will.
