How I and my mom prepared a soya bean soup
Ingredients
1.Soya bean
2.Red oil
3.Seasoning,salt and pepper
4.Green leaf
5.Fresh tomatoes (blend)
6 .Any meat or fish of your choice
7.Onions
Procedures:
1.You will soak your soya bean overnight and boil it for 1hr 30 minutes the next day
2.Blend till it's smooth
3.Steam your fish,meat and crayfish and prewinkle (optional). You can also use chicken stock.
4.Put your pot on fire and allow it to dry
5.Add your red oil and heat for few seconds
6.Add your onions and stir
7.Add your fresh tomatoes and stir for few minutes
8.Add your blended soya bean and stir for 3_5 minutes.
9.Add your stock and allow it to boil for atleast 5 minutes or more
10.Taste the soup and add more seasonings if needed
11.Finally,you can add any green leaf of your choice.You can either eat it like that or use garri or semovita.
