The Gorkha Palace is Nepali Cuisine Café and Restaurant located in Al Zahiyah Area of Abu Dhabi, Near Abu Dhabi Mall.

I found this gem of a café on Zomato while craving for some Momo's. I ended up ordering Veg Steamed Momos.
It got me on the first bite. I fell in love on the first bite. From then on I have been trying out their various options of Momo's.
By far my top 2 are Chili Veg Momos and Jhol Veg Momos.
Jhol Momos
Jhol Momos are steamed momos dipped in a broth of Nepali Tomato soup packed with well balanced spices. It gives a Tangy, sweet and hint of spicy taste.
Every bite and sip is bursting with flavors. It will leave you spellbound and satisfied.
All the Momos are served with Momos chutney and the extremely spicy green chili chutney.
The Momo's are a Nepali Specialty and no can make it more authentic than them.
I also tried the Veg Combo Meal
The Meal Consists of Chowmein Noodles, Flattened rice, Potato Sandekho(Nepali Local Dish), 4 Veg Momos, Tomato chutney, Mix Veg dry curry, Kidney beans dry curry and Salad.
This Nepali veg thali is again lip smackingly delicious. Every dish on the plate is worthy of praise.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to try local Nepali food in Abu Dhabi. Cooked and served by our Nepali Brothers and Sisters.
The whole staff from the Chef's to the Cashiers to the Servers are cordial and welcoming.
