My morning started at 06:30am and the first thing I do is drink my aloe.
This is the drink I drink every morning on an empty stomach, it is super good for our health.
After 1 hour of drinking aloe, it's time to prepare breakfast, which consists of: oat flakes, dried apples, strawberries and pomegranate. To these things I add Chia + yogurt 0.1% fat.
It may seem nasty, but it's extremely tasty.
And for the final breakfast I decided to make freshly squeezed orange juice. 🧡
