The food we eat every day is definitely a favorite food and of course it's all according to taste and desire, what if in one family has a favorite type of food or has a different appetite? Of course it will make it difficult for the cook to prepare food, besides that expenses will also increase extravagantly because they have to cook a variety of food menus.
This happens in my family, we all have different favorite foods and tastes.
This makes it a little difficult for me to serve food every day, my daughter doesn't like vegetables and meat, every day she only eats eggs and noodles.
My son doesn't like to eat vegetables but likes all kinds of meat, but they both can't eat spicy food.
And my husband really likes spicy food and coconut milk soup, he doesn't really like vegetables but he likes fish.
Whereas I will like any food as long as the food is delicious and can make me full.
Today I deliberately cook food that is not liked by everyone at home, I only cook for myself to eat. The menu for my son and husband I have cooked before. I make preparations from vegetables and tofu, the food I make is not spicy at all, today I'm not in the mood to eat spicy food. The dish I cook is Broccoli Tofu with Oyster Sauce.
This food is not too complicated, very easy to make and the ingredients are easy to get.
In my area, broccoli is a type of vegetable that is the most expensive than the others. In my opinion, the high price is very reasonable for this vegetable because it tastes very good and contains a lot of nutrients.
After all, not all farmers can grow it, how to cultivate it may also be difficult.

INGREDIENTS
White tofu, oyster sauce, powdered broth, scallions, garlic, bombay onions, salt, sugar, flavoring, tomatoes, broccoli, water.
If you want to make you can use the ingredients according to taste.
HOW TO MAKE
Step 1
Cut the tofu into several pieces.
Step 2
Slice the tomatoes, garlic, and onions.
Step 3
Slice broccoli and scallions.
Step 4
Saute garlic in hot oil until fragrant and turning brown.
Step 5
Add tomatoes and onions, saute again until wilted.
Step 6
Add tofu and enough water.
Step 7
Add all the spices such as oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and flavorings according to taste.
Cook a few minutes while stirring.
Step 8
Add broccoli and cook a few minutes until broccoli is cooked.
