Today i will a cook Sauteed Anchovy Tempe.
This is my favorite food, I usually make this food during the fasting month because this food is dry food so it can be stored in a jar for a few days.
This recipe is also very suitable for those of you who are lazy or don't have time to cook at home, can be saved for everyday food.
For the materials are very affordable, no need to pay a fortune to buy these materials.
Ingridients
• Garlic
• Tempe
• Red onions
• Anchovy
• Chilli
How to cook
• Chop the garlic
• Slice chili
• Cut the tempeh
• Fry tempeh until dry
• Fry the anchovy until dry
• Saute the red onion without slicing
• Add chili, garlic, salt, sugar, seasoning, stir fry for a while then add a glass of water
• Add tempeh and anchovies at the same time
• Continue cooking until done
