Necesitamos los siguientes Ingredientes:

~ Pescados Limón Sal y pimienta Aceite Ajo Hojas de culantro

We salt and pepper our fish and add the juice of a lemon

Salpimentamos nuestros pescados y le agregamos el jugo de un limón

In a large pan we put oil and heat it very well, where we fry the whole and peeled garlic, remove and reserve.

En un sarten amplio colocamos aceite y lo calentamos muy bien, donde sofreímos los ajos pelados y enteros, sacamos y reservamos.
