Hi all community friends, I just joined hive this week, Because this is my first post in this community, I will introduce myself first, my full name is Nurul Fajri, usually called nurul, I come from Indonesia, precisely at the tip of the island of Indonesia, namely the province of Aceh. I am 29 years old, my hobby is very simple, learn to cook, write, read, and do new things. My daily life is work, well, my free time will use the time to do my hobbies, one of which is cooking.
Why I chose this community?
Because I really like various types of cuisine, whether it's traditional cuisine, foreign cuisine, desserts, snacks I all like, what's more in sharing recipes, it's been my desire from the beginning, I really enjoy learning to cook try new recipes, therefore this community is perfect for me, thank you Hive for giving me a valuable opportunity, so I can explore this community.
On this occasion, I will share a recipe for processed fish. A very simple and easy menu, namely Red Tilapia Fish with Dabu-dabu Sauce. The basic ingredient of this dish is red tilapia, as we know red tilapia, has a lot of nutritional content in its meat. One of them is protein content, in addition to having a high protein content, red tilapia also has many benefits for our bodies, namely maintaining cholesterol in the body, good for digestion, maintaining bone health, and many other benefits.
For the materials I use, they are quite easy to find, they are as follows:
• 1 medium sized red tilapia
• 6 pieces of curly red chili
• 3 green chilies
• 1 tomato
• 5 cherry tomatoes
• 5 cloves of red onion
• 1/4 lime
• Sufficient cooking oil
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 teaspoon of powdered broth
• 2 lettuce leaves
Making Process
1. Processing of red tilapia
• First clean the fish, then season with salt and wait 2 minutes
• Next, fry the fish that has been seasoned with salt, fry until golden yellow.
2. Making dabu-dabu sauce
• Cut all the ingredients into small pieces, the onions, tomatoes, and chilies.
• Then season the ingredients that have been cut earlier with salt, lime, and powdered chicken stock, stir until smooth,
• Heat enough oil,after the cooking oil is hot, put the cooking oil in the ingredients that have been cut into pieces earlier.
3. Presentation:
• The last step, put the fish on a plate, add lettuce as a garnish,
• Then pour the fish with the prepared dabu-dabu sauce, the fish is ready to be enjoyed.
