Bengali Recipe: Chapa dri Fish Vhuna
Hello Hive, how are you guys? Hope everyone is well. Today I am here again with another new Bengali recipe. My today's recipe is Chapa dri fish Bhuna. In fact, the weather has not been good for a few days. It is mild winter and my children are not well. The boy has not eaten anything for two or three days and i feel his body temperature high. I have to be very busy with him, so I can't give you much time. So I am sincerely sorry. So today I came up with a recipe in a very simple and easy way. The recipe is my favorite and really tasty. Our Bengalis favorite food is Rice, Vhorta, vegetables and fish. So I sometimes make different types of vhorta. So let's start the recipe. Below is what we need to make the recipe.
- Chapa dri fish- 100 grams
- Dry chillies- 6 pcs
- Garlic large - two pieces
- Onion large - two pieces
- Mustard oil- as required
- Salt - to taste
Firstly I washed the dri fishes and chop the onion's and took them in bowl. Also arranged other necessary ingredients.
Now I took a Shil Pata and give the Onion chop, Garlic and grind the onion, garlic and pepper together through a Shil Pata.
Now I took that Paste on a bowl.
Cooking Process
Then put a pan on the stove and add mustard oil as needed, heat the oil. Then add minced garlic, onion, chili. Kneaded it for a while.
Now I give the Dri Fishes and cooked them properly.
Then I cooked it with a little water and salt for ten minutes. Our delicious Chapa Dri Fish Bhuna is ready.
I served This Chapa dri Fish bhuna with Rice, Dal and Egg fri. How is looking my dish ? This food is really delicious, you can't imagine. You can try this food by my recipe.
