Hello Hive, how are you all friends? Hope everyone is well. I am fine too, today I will share a Bengali recipe with you. The recipe is made with patal shell and shrimp fish. Patal is a very tasty and nutritious vegetable. Patal bhaji is very tasty and cooking potal potato fish broth is incomparable. If the patal shell is fried with shrimps and fish, it becomes much more nutritious. It is so delicious to eat that there is no way to understand without eating, so the cooking must be tried. So today I am going to show you how to make bhaji with patal shell and Shrimp. So let's start today's recipe.
Necessary Ingredients
- Potato Shell - as quantity.
- Onion - Two big ones
- Garlic - One piece
- Chilli powder – half spoon
- Shrimp fish - 50 gm
- Turmeric powder- half spoon
- Chilli powder - half teaspoon
- Cumin Powder - half spoon
- Salt - as quantity
- Soybean oil - as quantity
"Cooking process"
Firstly I Remove the Shell of the Patal and took them in a bowl. After that I wash the shells well and boil them 15 minutes.
Then I blend the shells properly with some water.
Then in a pan I added oil as required, add chopped onion, chopped garlic. Then fried some moment.
Now i give chopped green chillies and fry it for a while. Then I added shrimp and fried them well.
Now I added all spices. I added Turmeric powder, Chili powder, cumin powder and salt on it.
When it comes out, you have to add the blended potal shell. Everything has to be fried well for 10-15 minutes.
Now at last step I added a pinch sugar and it brings the taste double. Finally, stir it with coriander leaves for a while and take it down. Now it is ready and served hot.
