Hello Hive, How are you all? Wishing you all a happy day. I am back again with a Bengali Recipe. I am Bangladeshi and really love to cook Bengali Dish. Hopefully all are just enjoying my Bengali Recipes.
Today I will show Prawns fried with the taste of Tomato and Onion leaves in Bengali style. My daughter Elma just Love this Prawns and started to eat when just ready for eat.
Today I am using small shrimp fish for cooking, they are really delicious. These small shrimps are easily available in the market and the price is quite low, so we like to eat these shrimps. Many people may know onion leaves, they are commonly found in winter which are very nutritious and great to eat. So after thinking a lot, I decided to fry shrimp fish with onion leaves and tomatoes.

- Prawns - 100 gm
- Tomatoes- 2 pcs
- Onion leaves - on taste
- Chili powder - 1 spoon
- Turmeric powder - 1 spoon
- Cumin powder - 1 spoon
- Salt - on taste
- Soyabean oil - As needed
- Garlic paste - 1 Spoon
First, I removed the head of the shrimp and cleaned the dirt, then washed it with water and took it in a sieve. After that I cut tomato and onion leaves and put them in a bowl. I also prepared all the other cooking materials.
At the beginning of cooking, I put a pot on the stove and poured soybean oil as needed. After that, I fried the onion choppes for some moments.
Then i give the Tomato chops on fried onions.
In this step, I added Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Garlic powder, Cumin powder and Salt one by one.
Now I cooked the prawns in the spices for some time. In this, the spices will entered well into the shrimp and the taste will increase.
Now I gave broth as needed.
Now I add the onion leaves and cook for fifteen minutes, when the broth dries up a bit, we are done cooking. Now it's time to serve.
After finishing cooking I arranged it on a plate and tried to garnish it with onion leaves. My daughter Elma picked it up from the plate and started eating, that is the meaning and joy of my cooking. Today's fried prawns are just delicious. If you want, you can prepare the food in the way I have shown and enjoy the taste of Bengali food.
