This food is my favorite food. I first ate this dish from my mother-in-law. Actually I never ate this dish before marriage, my mother-in-law cooked it for me after marriage. After actually eating the food I was so impressed beyond words, then I asked my mother in law what she made it with and would she teach me a little bit. Then my mother-in-law taught me how to prepare the food.
Now I make this dish and serve it to my family and they enjoy and taste it. Now this dish is a favorite dish of me and my whole family. This dish is a traditional dish of Mymensingh district of our country. So let's have a look at my recipe today. My recipe today is Chapa dry fish Bharta. Necessary Ingredients
- Chapa Dry fish - 50 gms
- Garlic - Three pieces
- Green chillies - Seven pieces
- Salt- on your taste
Cooking process
Firstly I washed the dried fishes, then peel the garlic and wash it. After that, the green pepper should be washed.
Now I put a silver dish in the oven and fried the garlic and chili flakes.
Now I give the Chapa dry fish and fried them properly. After that I took them in a bowl.
On this step I took a steel dish and give the fried garlic and Chili. Now I smashed them with Shilputa (one kind of stone that used for smashed spices).
On this step I added Chapa dry fish fri and salt on it. Then smashed them properly with Shilputa.
Finally, I knead everything well with my hands. Here you have to rub carefully with the help of hand because the thorn can get into the hand. Our Spicy Chapa dry fish vhorta with garlic flavor is ready to serve.
