"Bengali Recipe :"
Hello hive, How are you friends? Hopefully all are well. I am not so good because my child is sick last couple of days with fever. I can't make any post, but I really love this work. For that reason I am back again.
You know guys the winter season just in our door. On this season various vegetables are found and all are really nutritious. My whole family love this vegetables like Cauliflower, cabbage, beans, radish etc. Today I will show you how to make a Bengali dish with a combination of cauliflower, beans, potatoes, tomatoes and coriander leaves. The food turned out to be very tasty, hope you can taste its true taste if you cook it like this. So let's start the Recipe.
- Cauliflower- 1 pc
- Beans - 500gm
- Potato - 200 gm
- Tomatoes- 2 pcs
- coriander leaves - As needed
- Fish - 500 gm
- Chili powder - 1 spoon
- Turmeric powder - 1 spoon
- Cumin powder - 1 spoon
- Salt - on taste
- Soyabean oil - As needed
- Garlic paste - 1 Spoon
Firstly I cutt the Veggies in small size. Then washed them properly. Lastly i took them in a pot.
Now I give the Tumeric powder, Chili powder and salt on the fishes and mixed them properly. Then I fried those fishes on a pan.
Now main cooking process starts. Firstly I took a pit and give the Cooking oil on demand. Then I give the onion chop and fried them properly in brawn colour.
Now I Give Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Garlic paste, Cumin powder and salt on it. Then I mixed them properly, after that I applied some water on it.
Now I give the vegetables on it and mixed them properly with spices. Then i cooked it for Ten minutes.
Now I give the fishes on it. Then I give some broth on it.
Now I give the tomatoes and coriander leaves on it and cooked for Ten minutes again. Our Delicious Curry is ready for eat.
This food is nutritious as well as delicious. I know there are many people who don't want to eat cauliflower or can't stand the smell, they can try cooking it like me. Hopefully, if you cook this way, you can eat cauliflower with great taste. Today's curry was very delicious, the whole family enjoyed it together. Please let me know how you like my recipe.
