Method of making Chicken How to make Chicken in Indian Style
Chicken is one of the main shots of protein and it is eaten all over the country.Indian society is especially adept at making very tasty food, due to Indian spices and the way of making food, the food becomes very tasty.In this blog, mainly how do we make chicken, what is its process and different ingredients are used in it. Will talk about it in detail, below I have given you the conditions of all the increments which are very important for making chicken.My mom cooks very tasty chicken and whatever she uses to make samaj I have written them all below Whenever I come to the gym after overworking and I am very hungry, my first demand is to make chicken for me and my mother full fill all my wish keeping in mind all my things
Ingredients
1 kg chicken which is cut into pieces
2 large or small onions finely chopped
2 large or small tomatoes pureed
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste
2-3 green chilies according to taste
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 cup yogurt
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Method:
Step 1: Marinate the chicken
To start, clean the chicken pieces and marinate them with 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon red chili powder, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, and salt to taste. Mix everything well and set aside for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Fry the onions
In a pan, heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil and add finely chopped onions. Fry them on medium heat until they turn golden brown. This will take about 8-10 minutes.
Step 3: Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies
Once the onions are golden brown, add 1 tablespoon ginger paste, 1 tablespoon garlic paste, and 2-3 green chilies slit lengthwise. Fry for a minute or two until the raw smell of ginger and garlic disappears.
Step 4: Add tomato puree
Next, add 2 large tomatoes pureed in a blender. Mix well and cook until the tomato puree is well incorporated and the oil starts to separate from the mixture. This will take around 10-15 minutes.
Step 5: Add the marinated chicken
Once the tomato puree is cooked, add the marinated chicken pieces and mix well. Fry the chicken on high heat for a few minutes until it is lightly browned on all sides.
Step 6: Add yogurt
Reduce the heat to medium-low and add 1/2 cup yogurt to the chicken mixture. Mix well and cook for another 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
Step 7: Add garam masala powder and garnish with fresh coriander
Finally, add 1 teaspoon garam masala powder and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes and turn off the heat. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
