Today I wanna share a quick healthy salad that I make when I don't have much time.
First I bought some mixed color cherrie tomatoes and chopped them into quarters.
Then the most important thing is to crack some garlic, I just use two cloves and squeeze them with the side of a knife.
then I sprinkle salt and olive oil onto the tomatoes and the water drawn out of the tomatoes gets infused with the garlic and creates it's own dressing. Leave it to infuse for about half an hour.
Next step is to half and cube an avocado.
Last but not least I add a can of chickpeas for protein.

Make sure you don't eat th garlic cloves if you don't want dragon breath for a week after.
