comienzo la preparacion picando cebolla,aji,cebollin,ajo, pollo y zanahoria en pedazos muy pequeños y todos los condimentos de sazon , llevo al fuego colocado en un caldero con un poco de aceite de onoto hasta que este bien sofrito

luego que esto ya esta sazonado bien procedo a colocar 2 tazas de arroz y 4 tazas y media de agua ya que no me gusta que quede muy duro el grano

de inmediato lo remuevo muy bien para dejar una coccion uniforme para esperar que se evapore el agua y asi bajar el fuego y tapar por 5 minutos

ya llegado el tiempo de coccion apago el fuego y quito la tapa ya que el arroz esta listo en su punto
