While cooking for them, a special dish was prepared for the little children. That is the garlic egg recipe. A friend who was present told me to prepare it. Because it is willingly eaten by small children. Eggs are a protein-rich food. It has many nutritional components that can be received in a day. And this can be added to any meal. It is good for everyone, big and small. So let's see what raw materials are needed for this process.
Materials Used.
2 Egg.
1/2 Cup of Coconut milk.
A little crushed garlic.
A few finely chopped anise leaves.
1/2 Teaspoons of crushed chili powder.
1/4 Teaspoons of Salt .
1/2 Teaspoons of pepper powder.
1 Tablespoon Corn flour .
2 Tablespoon Butter.
Method of preparation.
Now let's move on to the preparation process. First, take the eggs and put them in a bowl. Add pepper powder, salt and mix well.
Next we put a pot on the stove and let it heat up and add 1 tablespoons of butter to it. When the butter melts, add the egg mixture to it.
Once the egg mixture is broken, put it in a separate bowl.
Add a tablespoon of butter to the pot again. Add crushed garlic, crushed chili powder, corn flour and stir well.
Now we add coconut milk and aniseed leaves to it and mix it well. (About 3 minutes)
After that, the egg pieces are collected.
Cook it for about 2 minutes and remove it from the stove.
It is advisable to include it in breakfast due to its excellent nutritional content. It pairs well with bread and rice, offering added nutritional benefits compared to a standard omelet.
