I enjoy a variety of foods, but if I had to choose one, I’d go with ofada rice. In my opinion, it’s the
second-best way to enjoy rice, right after jollof rice. It’s fairly simple to make since it doesn’t need too many ingredients—just fish, cow skin (ponmo), fresh green and red bell peppers, red oil, and some seasoning. What I love most about it is how all the flavors blend so well to create an amazing taste.
It's one food that can never be missed at a party , it's more like a compulsory meal.
I just had to top the one i made today with egg and i have to say, it was amazing.
.it was garnished with cow skin and some dried fish as well. I really hope you all can try this meal and tell me your thought on it.
