Today I'm going to introduce you to a tasty, but a little strange dish. A friend was visiting me for a few days and decided to make something different for dinner for the whole company.
What she made were schnitzels, not like the ones we are used to eating.
Here's what products he uses:
Half a pound of wieners or other salami
5 eggs
100 g yellow cheese
half a kilo (but it should have been more maybe a kilo) potatoes
salt
black pepper
peas
opium - for frying
Dice the wieners and cheese - the smaller the better. Peel and grate the potatoes. Then everything chopped is placed in a large bowl and stirred. Add the eggs and the salt and black pepper - these are added to taste. After mixing the "dough" depending on how thick it is add flour to make it so thick that when you scoop it with a spoon and pour it back into the bowl it falls in a lump.
Then in hot oil fry. To fry these schnitzels I poured 2 or 3 tablespoons of the mixture for each one.
