Hi everyone, its me again queenbella. Since pandemic began people are very careful and mindful of their health more than anything. Health and well-being have been a top priority which is good especially for some whose not into so much taking good care of their bodies by choice or otherwise.
Medical professionals who are experts when it comes to our health recommended variety of tips and vitamin intakes to get rid of illnesses especially this kind of virus which causeth worldwide pandemic. Thankfully by this time, initiation of lockdowns are no more since the vaccines were made available for the peoples benefit.
Furthermore we should still be cautious and protect ourselves and our family at all cost by following the safety protocols. And of course through practicing the healthy lifestyle each and everyday to stay fit physically and mentally, giving our bodies enough nutrients to boost the immune system.
And so here's one Vitamin C giving fruit(calamansi) citrus, which is more like a lemon but tastes more complex than the latter. Calamansi is good for fruit juices, and as a garnish for other well-known meals in Filipino cuisine. Calamansi is a small fruit, round, green, and tart. But tho of its small size a quick squeeze of the fruit over your favorite food is bound to pack a flavorful punch!
Till today we need extra strength to our bodies and booster to our immune system and so am sharing one recipe for you to try..
