It has been a long time I have posted on hive, been really busy with my things and now I am trying to resume to the regular posting.
Today I have made scrambled eggs Indian Style, this is a very healthy option to fulfil your protein requirement and a tasty one as well.
Scrambled Eggs.
Let's talk about the Ingredients at first.
- Eggs as per your needs, I have taken 5 whole Eggs.
- Finely chopped Onions and Ginger.
- Regular spices i.e. Turmeric powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt to taste.
- Cumin Seeds 1 Teaspoon.
Now the process :
Take an open vessel and put the heat to low flame.
Add Oil, Cumin seeds and Chopped Ginger.
Now add chopped onions and stir to fry.
Once the onions are caramelised add regular spices and stir.
Now break the eggs and beat them with a whisk.
Now add beaten eggs in the mix.
