Los ingredientes que necesitaremos son:

• 1 Platano verde grande
• Aceite
• Queso Duro Rallado
• Una Pisca de Sal
• 1 large green banana
• Oil
• Grated Hard Cheese
• A pinch of Salt.
Paso1: Pelar el plátano verde con la ayuda de un cuchillo, cortar en trozos grandes en forma diagonal y freír en abundante aceite durante 10 minutos a fuego medio.
Step1: Peel the green banana with the help of a knife, cut into large pieces diagonally and fry in plenty of oil for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Paso 2: Una vez que esten dorados los trozos de plátano, se sacan y se escurren muy bien y se aplastan de inmediato sobre una tabla con papel de plástico para evitar que se queden pegados
Step 2: Once the banana pieces are golden brown, they are removed and drained very well and immediately crushed on a board with plastic wrap to prevent them from sticking.
Paso 3: Luego volver a freír de nuevo los tostones en el sarten con el aceite caliente hasta que estén dorados y crujientes, se sacan y se ponen a escurrir y se les agrega una pisca de sal
Step 3: Then fry the tostones again in the pan with the hot oil until they are golden brown and crisp, they are removed and put to drain and a pinch of salt is added.
Paso 4: Finalmente se le agrega el queso rallado por encima a los tostones y se sirve en un plato. Si gustas puedes agregarle Ketchup, mayonesa o mostaza por encima como adicional a los tostones
Step 4: Finally, the grated cheese is added to the top of the tostones and it is served on a plate. If you like, you can add Ketchup, mayonnaise or mustard on top as an additional to the plantains.
