𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
1.500 grams of fresh desi gourd vegetable.
- 200 grams mashed potatoes.
- 2 tablespoons of chilli onion crumbs.
- 1 tablespoon of cumin and garlic paste.
- The amount of oil.
- The amount of salt is yellow.
𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱:
First you have to mash the potatoes in a pan. Pepper, onion and crushed cumin garlic paste. They should be rubbed well with salt and yellow oil. And you have to rub a little with the vegetables. Cover with adequate amount of water and boil for 25 to 30 minutes. Then you have to stir a little. Now cook the gourd vesetables with ready potatoes.
