1 tomahawk steak, 2.7 pounds
Season generously all over with pink Himalayan salt and pepper, press the seasonings on the steak with your hands. Leave it out of the fridge for about 40 minutes to bring it to room temperature.
Heat the outdoor grill to approximately 450F, grill the steak for about 5 minutes on each side.
Continue baking in the oven at 375F for about 25 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 130 degrees.
Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, slice it and serve it with a rosemary garlic sauce.
Sauce: 3 garlic cloves, 1 tbs fresh rosemary, 1 small bunch of fresh parsley, 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce, 3 tbs teriyaki sauce, 5 tbs olive oil, 3 tbs lemon juice, a pinch of salt, all blended in the food processor.
Serve your steak with spicy fries and sautéed string beans.
