Today, I will share with you my creamy and fruity homemade dessert.
I call this Mango Tapioca Jelly Salad known as Mango Sago't Gulaman in the Philippines. Do you love Mangoes? If yes, then this is the perfect dessert for you. I love making this dessert, especially on Birthdays, Christmas, and New Year.
A budget-friendly dessert that only entails a few steps to create.
Here are the ingredients
6 cups of water
1 pack 25g mango-flavored jelly powder
1 pack 25g mango-flavored powdered juice
2 cups big sago or tapioca cooked and drained
For cream mixture:
1 pack 250ml all-purpose cream
1 can 300ml condensed milk
1 can 370ml evaporated milk
2 pieces of ripe mangoes
*** Procedures:
- In a saucepot dissolve the mango-flavored jelly powder and mango-flavored powdered juice in 6 cups of water.
- Turn on stove and stir on medium fire until it boils.
- Once boiling, pour jelly mixture into your desired molder
and let it cool to set. - Slice mango jelly into small cubes.
- Slice 2 pieces of ripe mangoes into small cubes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine evaporated milk, condensed milk,all purpose cream, mango jelly cubes, cooked sago or tapioca,and sliced mangoes. Then mix well.
- Chill before serving and Enjoy
